- 1 lb. pork loin
- ¾ c. parmesan cheese
- 5 oz. pork rinds
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. half and half
To start, chop the pork into pieces that are uniform in size. Using a food processor, grind the pork until you achieve the consistency of the cornmeal. Mix in parmesan and season it with either garlic and onion powder or any desired seasoning salt and then set it aside. In a separate medium bowl, combine and beat the eggs and half and half to make an egg mixture. Dip the pork pieces in the egg mixture and then coat them with parmesan breading. Fry the pork chop nuggets for 2-4 minutes using vegetable oil and flip once they get golden brown.
Ketogenic One Pan Pizza Meat
- 4 oz. pepperoni
- 6 oz of spicy sausage
- 1 tsp. fennel
- 4 oz. spinach (optional)
- 4-6 oz. roughly shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pizza sauce ingredients:
- 3 oz. tomato paste
- ½ tsp. Mediterranean oregano
- ½ tsp. basil
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ – ¾ cup warm water
To make the pizza sauce, mix the garlic, salt, onion powder, Mediterranean oregano, tomato paste, basil, and warm water in a small bowl. Then, set it aside.
Arrange the pepperoni in a single layer in a skillet under medium to medium-high heat. Fry the pepperoni until it gets crispy. Flip and do the same and then set aside. Using the same pan, crumble the sausage into big pieces and cook it until it gets brown. Then, set it aside to the same bowl where the pepperoni is. Next, fry the spinach in the same pan until it wilts. Put the pepperoni and the sausage back to the pan and then mix. Pour the sauce into the pan and mix all the ingredients. Top the ingredients with cheese, cover, and let it cook for 3 minutes, waiting for the cheese to melt.
Everything Bagel Season Recipe
The Everything Bagel Seasoning makes a good seasoning to sprinkle on salads, crispy bacon smeared with cream cheese, and even on a dill pickle spear smeared with cream cheese.
- 1 tbsp. Poppy Seeds
- ½ tbsp. minced onion
- ½ tbsp. garlic salt
- ½ tbsp. sesame seeds
- ½ tbsp. coarse salt/sea salt or kosher
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together. You can use a food processor to chop the ingredients for 5-10 seconds, but that is optional. Once done, place the mixture in an airtight container.
